Hello and welcome to our class page.
This term we will be learning about India as one of our three topics covered over the course of the year. We have already got off to a flying start and created some wonderful work for our displays. From Fact Files to Maps of India, the children have been very busy creating these in our Topic lessons.
The Peacock is the national bird of India, it is a symbol of grace, joy, beauty and love. The peacock is a large and majestic bird. The children have created their own peacock patterns by tessellating shapes. If you ask the children they will be able to give you a clear and confident explanation of what tessellating shapes means. Below are some images of the beautiful work that they have created.
